- We will not be responsible for any lost parcel through normal postage / damages to the parcel.
- All payments shall be made within 24 hours after receiving the invoice and we will secure your item(s) for 24 hours.
- Please provide a snapshot of the payment receipt if your are making payments through ATM.
- No refunds will be done after payments are made unless that item you received is defective and are out of stock for any replacement.
- No exchange will be done unless that item you received is defective.
- Exchange must be made within 7 days after you received the item(s).
- No refunds or exchange will be done after washing of the items.
